  This has everything neeeded to be a casual gym member or for a dedicated member. If its just cardio you want to work on there are lots of machines if its for muscle then again there are lots of machines. The only downside is the toilets are frequently in use and you sometimes have to queue and theyare sometimes left in a bad way.
