  Brilliant...couldnt be better. start to finish.....arrived on a cold day and was met by Annie. at the front of the shop who introduced herself and made us welcome without being pushy.....we decided on furniture and went to find her....she took us round the shop to select the free mirror in a leisurly way with out feeling rushed....Oakland let us know what was happenning everystep of the way ....and it all arrived on time in perfect condition..
  customer service was brilliant......rare these days.
  
  ps on a negative note...returned to buy more furniture..i knew what i wanted and was ready to order...but .was hounded out the shop by another over entusiastic advisor..litterally talked out the shop !
